In fulfilment of the requirements
of the Royal Decree 1906/99 of the sixteenth of December,
that which regulates and outlines the general conditions
for electronic contracts, CERA-BRONCE, S.L., declares
the following:
OBJECTIVE OF THE CONTRACT
The contract has as its objective the provision of services
on the part of CERA-BRONCE, S.L. consistent with
the supply of those ceramic materials selected by the customer
from the different offers that appear in the Web page. These
materials will be delivered to the address that is specified
in the order page of the CERA-BRONCE, S.L. web page.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCTS
AND SERVICES OFFERED
The characteristics of the products and services offered
are outlined in the corresponding pages of this Web and
are available for viewing by all users.
IDENTIFICATION OF THE
SUPPLIER
The supplier of these services contracted by the customer
is CERA-BRONCE, S.L., whose registered business
address is Polígon Industrial La Mezquita, carrer B-2, parcel·la 506, Vall d'Uixó, Province of
Castelló, Spain.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
All orders will be delivered to the address assigned by
the customer. CERA-BRONCE, S.L. will not assume
any responsibility for problems in the delivery as a consequence
of erroneous, incorrect, incomplete or missing delivery
information or the absence of the customer at the point
of delivery. Without prejudicing that which has been indicated
above, CERA-BRONCE, S.L. will adopt the strictest
measures possible, with the assistance of a commercial agent,
to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery available.
CERA-BRONCE, S.L. will not guarantee deliveries
at specific hours.
PRICES
The prices indicated in the Web page are net prices. As
such they do not include sales or value added taxes (IVA,
for intra community sales) neither shipping nor transport
costs. For obvious reasons, the shipping and transport costs
vary according to the destination, weight and volume. Before
the order is authorised, the customer will receive by e-mail
a confirmation of the order detailing all costs and an approximate
delivery date. All prices will be in Euros.
THE METHOD OF PAYMENT
Payment will be made through a direct bank payment from
a current bank account that the customer will make available.
Using this method, the customer declares and accepts that
the order will not proceed until CERA-BRONCE, S.L.
has received the full transfer (free of bank charges) into
their bank account. When the order has been confirmed by
the customer and accepted by CERA-BRONCE, S.L. it
cannot be altered once processing has started due to the
method of the service contracted.
ENQUIRIES, INCIDENTS AND/OR
RECLAMATIONS
In the case that the customer wishes to communicate an incident
or proceed with a reclamation regarding a delivery, they
may contact CERA-BRONCE, S.L. through the e-mail
address: cerabronce@cerabronce.com.
PROTECTION OF INFORMATION
In conformity with the requirement of article 5 of the Law
(15/1999) of the thirteenth of December regarding the Protection
of Information, CERA-BRONCE, S.L. declares that:
The information required for orders constitutes the minimum
essential for the execution of the service contracted by
the customer. In no case will information in the order be
given to nor made available to third parties, except in
the case of giving the minimum essential for the completion
of the delivery order. The customer may exercise their right
to have access to, to oppose, cancel or modify information
in their order. For this, customers may consult the web
page www.agenciaprotecciondatos.org to obtain information
and model documents. Once completed the documents must be
sent by e-mail to the attention of the person responsible
for the management of information at CERA-BRONCE, S.L.
APPLICABLE LAW AND TRIBUNAL
IN CASE OF DISPUTES
The present contract follows rigorously the Spanish legislation
corresponding to the laws of contracts. Each party agrees
to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Castellon, Spain
for the resolution of all types of controversy, conflict
or reclamation that may arise from the present contract.
CERA-BRONCE, S.L.
declares that the above mentioned clauses constitute the
general conditions of the contracted services, which have
been placed at the disposal of the customer no less than
three natural days before the acceptance of the present
contract. |
